| 自17世纪欧洲第一所高校博物馆建立以来,高校博物馆的发展逐渐从欧洲向北美乃至全球扩散,呈蓬勃发展之势。作为北欧五国之一,挪威凭借独特的历史背景与社会环境,造就了本国高校博物馆别具一格的发展风貌。本文以挪威科技大学科学博物馆为例,通过系统梳理其发展脉络,深入阐释其组织架构、经费、人员层面的保障机制,同时分析其立足公共使命,依托数字化建设,联动跨院系、学科、地域合作,推动研究、教学与传播融合发展的实践举措,为我国高校博物馆的高质量发展提供经验与思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since the establishment of Europe's first university museum in the 17th century, university museums have gradually spread from Europe to North America and beyond, and have continued to flourish worldwide. As one of the five Nordic countries, Norway boasts distinctive university museums shaped by its unique historical context and social environment. Taking the NTNU Science Museum as an example, this paper systematically traces its development trajectory and elaborates on its supporting mechanisms including organizational structure, funding and staffing. Furthermore, it analyzes its practical measures for integrating research, teaching and communication, which include adhering to public mission, advancing digital development, and fostering cross-faculty, interdisciplinary and cross-regional collaboration. This study aims to provide valuable insights and serve as a reference for the high-quality development of university museums in China. |
