| 抖音短视频的蓬勃发展,为科技馆开辟了向公众提供科普服务的新途径。本文从账号的管理运营情况、内容传播效果、粉丝数量及粉丝画像三个层面,对我国已开通认证的27个省级科技馆的官方抖音账号进行调查,总结不足之处,提出三点发展建议:以良好的管理运营为基础,增强持续发展能力；以优质的短视频内容为支撑,提升科普传播效果；以粉丝需求为核心,优化粉丝生态体系。 |

| The vigorous development of Tiktok short videos has opened up a new way for science and technology museums to provide science popularization services to the public. This paper investigates the official Tiktok accounts of 27 provincial science and technology museums that have been opened and certified in China, from the three levels of account management and operation, content dissemination effect, as well as the number and profiles of fans. It summarizes the shortcomings, and proposes three development suggestions. The first of these is establishing a solid foundation of effective management and operation to enhance sustainable development capabilities. The second is using high-quality short video content to improve the effectiveness of science popularization. The third is optimizing the fan ecosystem by prioritizing fan needs. |
