基于自我决定理论的博物馆移动学习应用交互功能研究

摘要:
为了适应移动互联时代的信息传播方式,博物馆积极开发面向移动智能终端的学习应用程序。然而应用程序更富参与性的交互式学习模式并未获得用户的热烈响应。通过引入自我决定理论,本文分析了博物馆移动学习应用中常见的四类交互功能所能激发的动机程度,指出“游戏化操作”“分享交流”功能存在不合理的评价和奖励机制,从而仅能激发用户内在积极性较弱的控制性动机。针对这一情况,本文依据自我决定理论,提出将控制性动机内化为自主性动机的具体做法。

Abstract:
To adapt to the mode of information dissemination in the era of mobile Internet, museums have been actively developing learning applications for mobile smart terminals. However, the participatory interactive learning model of the apps has not received enthusiastic responses from users. By introducing self-determination theory, this paper analyzes the degree of motivation that can be stimulated by four types of interaction functions commonly used in museum mobile learning applications, and points out that “gamification” and “sharing and communication” functions have unreasonable evaluation and reward mechanisms, which can only stimulate users' controlling motivation with weak intrinsic enthusiasm. To address this situation, this paper proposes specific approaches to internalizing controlling motivation into autonomous motivation based on self-determination theory.
