在文旅融合背景下,研学已经成为教育与文化融合的新业态。科技馆是承担研学实践的重要教育基地,如何为观众提供更高质量的研学服务是科技工作者需要思索的问题。本文梳理了研学相关政策及国内博物馆相关经验做法,以中国科技馆为例,通过问卷调查及访谈等方式调查观众对于研学的需求,探索科技馆研学服务提升的机制和路径,为优化场馆参观运行秩序、提升服务观众质量提供有益参考。 |

Abstract: |
In the context of cultural and tourism integration, study tours has become a new mode of education and cultural integration. The Science and Technology Museum is an important educational institution to facilitate research study practice. How to provide the visitors with higher quality study services is a problem that scientific and technical workers need to think about. By combing the study related policies and domestic museums related experience and practice, taking the China Science and Technology Museum as an example, we investigate the visitors' demand for study tours through questionnaires and interviews, explore the mechanism and path of service enhancement in science and technology museums, and provide useful references to optimize the order of science and technology museums' visit and improve the quality of service to the visitors. |
