本研究通过对国内外科技馆评估理论与实践进行梳理,从评估范围、评估对象、评估内容、评估指标等角度对科技馆评估进行分类,从实践的角度出发,研究并提出科技馆评估定级、卓越科技馆评估、免费开放科技馆绩效评价、省级科技馆体系评估等全面性评估的评估指标、评估办法等。之后,首次从顶层设计的角度,构建科技馆评估体系,明确各项评估工作的区别与联系,提升各评估之间的衔接度,降低评估成本、提高评估效率,助力打造科技馆体系科普资源生产、使用、评价、反馈、提升的闭环工作模式,为在科技馆行业凝聚共识,形成科技馆评估长效机制,推动科技馆体系高质量发展作出有益尝试。 |

Abstract: |
This study sorts out the evaluation theories and practices of science and technology museums at home and abroad, classifies the evaluation of science and technology museums from the perspective of evaluation scope, evaluation objects, evaluation content, evaluation indicators, and so on. From a practical perspective, it studies and proposes comprehensive evaluation indicators and methods for evaluation grading of science and technology museum, evaluation of excellent science and technology museum, performance evaluation of free open science and technology museum, evaluation of provincial science and technology museum system. Afterwards, it constructs a science and technology museum evaluation system from the perspective of top-level design for the first time, clarifies the differences and connections between various evaluations, improves the connection between evaluations, reduces evaluation costs, improving evaluation efficiency, and helps to create a closed-loop work mode for the production, use, evaluation, feedback, and improvement of science popularization resources in the science and technology museum system. This is a beneficial attempt to gather consensus in the science and technology museum field, form a long-term mechanism for science and technology museum evaluation, and promote the high-quality development of the science and technology museum system. |
