Abstract: |
As an important form of public welfare donation, museum donation has become a way for the museum to enrich the exhibits, improve the collection level, better promote scientific popularization and promote the construction of ecological civilization, which is increasingly recognized and respected by the public. Under the influence of the concept of “a community with a shared future for mankind”, museum donation has become one of the leading trends of public welfare donation in the world. Cross-border donations of animal and plant specimens and cultural collections have become the norm. The path of handling the procedures for domestic museums to receive donations from overseas charities or individuals is becoming more mature. Donation activities not only greatly promote the development of China's museum and international communication, but also put forward new business requirements for the museum. The path to accurately connect with relevant government import and export departments, correctly interpret and apply national policies and regulations, and efficient handling of various review and approval procedures is becoming a new branch of museology. |
