科技馆运行评估实证研究

摘要:
本文以科技馆运行评估指标体系研究为基础,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,并提出了各层级指标的计算方法。为验证评估指标体系及评估方法的有效性,利用2019年全国科技馆运行数据,对省级、地市级、县级科技馆分别进行评估测算,整体得分符合正态分布。通过对各级科技馆的整体分布、指标得分及不同规模得分情况进行细化分析,总结科技馆发展规律并提出对策建议,以期为我国科技馆事业的可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:
Based on the research on the operation evaluation index system of science and technology museums, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight, and puts forward the calculation method of indicators at all levels. In order to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation method, the operation data of science and technology museums in 2019 were used to evaluate and calculate science and technology museums at the provincial-level, prefecture-level and county-level respectively, and the overall scores were in line with the normal distribution. Through the detailed analysis of the overall distribution, index scores and scores of different scales of science and technology museums at all levels, this paper summarizes the development rules of science and technology museums and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide references for the sustainable development of Chinese science and technology museums.
