| 本文针对2019年度获得中央财政支持的免费开放的219座科技馆运行数据,分别从建设规模、科技馆类型、科技馆类别及层级、展览及教育活动开展、展厅利用率、观众覆盖率等多方面进行了研究与分析,并对部分因素开展了交叉分析和相关性分析。通过数据分析可以看出,免费开放科技馆服务效果及财政经费利用效益总体良好,达到了预期目标,提升了我国科普基础设施的公共服务能力,促进了科普的公平普惠。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the operation-based data of 219 science and technology museums which received financial support from the central government and are open for free in 2019, this paper studied the construction scale, museum type and administrative category, exhibition and activity development, utilization rate of exhibition hall, visitor coverage rate and etc. This paper also carried out a cross-analysis and correlation analysis. The analysis of the data have provided an indication of the service effect of these museums and the utilization efficiency of the financial funds to be excellent overall, and the policy of Open-for-Free reaches the expected goal, improves the public service capacity of China's science popularization infrastructure, and promote science popularization to be inclusive and equitable. |
