清华大学科学博物馆(筹)馆藏有一台1959年研制成功的三自由度飞行模拟实验台,这是中国第一台三自由度飞行模拟实验台。本文主要介绍这台三自由度飞行模拟实验台的“诞生”——它的研制背景和研制经过,以及“重生”——它作为藏品的重新发现。清华大学自动控制系创系主任钟士模教授主持了这台三自由度飞行模拟实验台的研制。作为清华大学重要的科学遗产,这台三自由度飞行模拟实验台的重新发现得益于清华大学科学史系的建立及科学博物馆筹备工作的开展。 |

Abstract: |
The Tsinghua University Science Museum has a three-degree-of-freedom flight simulation platform developed in 1959, which was the first of its kind in China. This paper mainly introduces the “birth” of the three-degree-of-freedom flight simulation platform -- its development background, development process and the “rebirth” -- its rediscovery as a museum piece. Professor Zhong Shimo, the founding Chair of Department of Automatic Control at Tsinghua University, supervised the developing of this flight simulation platform(aka Large 11). In 1958, he also arranged the developing of the one-degree-of-freedom flight simulation platform (aka Small 11). As an important scientific heritage of Tsinghua university, the rediscovery of this three-degree of freedom flight aimulation platform depends on the establishment of Department of the History of Science at Tsinghua University and preparations for Tsinghua Science Museum. |
