“大概念”对科学教育至关重要 ——《科学教育的原则和大概念》 导读

摘要:
旨在提高全体学生科学素养的科学教育,应通过各学段连贯一致的整体课程设计,从学生感兴趣并与他们生活相关的课题开始,帮助他们逐步形成一些数量相对较少的科学概念和关于科学的“大概念”。《科学教育的原则和大概念》一书言简意赅地呈现出科学教育的10项原则和14个科学概念与关于科学的大概念,与当代科学教育发展趋势及研究成果相互印证,是适合全体科学教育从业者阅读的重要译著。

Abstract:
To improve scientific literacy for all citizens, it is essential and necessary to help students develop some scientific concept and “big idea” by means of coherent curriculum design, especially focusing on the interesting topic relevant to the real life. The book, “Principles and Big Ideas of Science Education” outlines ten principles of science education and fourteen big ideas of science and about science. The opinions and perspectives shown in this book are consistent with the current development and research findings in science education. This book is an important translation work for all practitioners in science education.
