对科技馆的“使用与满足”研究 ——以江苏科技馆“引力波”主题活动为例

摘要:
本文基于“使用与满足”理论,以江苏馆开展的“引力波”主题展示教育活动为例,从培养公众关注习惯、了解公众需求爱好、打造良好的科技馆形象、提供良好的体验服务四个方面入手,探索提高满足公众科学需求的途径。本文提出,有利的社会条件,及时的受众需求调查,科技馆形象完善传播活动策划与合力的情感激励空间,是提高科技场所效能、实现传播效果的有效方法。

Abstract:
In this paper, based on the theory of “use and gratification” and taking the theme of “gravitational waves” in educational activities of Jiangsu science and Technology Museum as an example, we explore the ways to improve and meet the public needs on science by developing public attention habits, understanding public needs and interests, creating a good image of science and Technology Museum, and providing service with good experience. It is shown that favorable social conditions, timely investigation on the needs of audience, the complete communication activities planning of science and technology museum and the jointly emotional excitation space are effective methods to improve the function and realize the communicative effect of science and technology museum.
