筑牢创新人才根基,开创科普教育新赛道

摘要:
在迎接“十五五”开局之年的关键时刻,科普场馆肩负着筑牢创新人才根基、服务科技强国战略的重要使命。科普教育已超越单纯的知识普及范畴,成为连接科技创新与社会应用、培育未来战略人才的核心枢纽。在这一大背景下,科普场馆应通过深化高端科技资源科普化,以“跨界协同、科学家参与、公众视角”推动前沿科学走进公众;积极引入人工智能技术,打造AI智能体与智慧场馆,实现从知识展示到智慧服务的转型;同时,必须着力营造创新文化氛围,实践“包容探索、宽容失败”的创新文化,推行广域生活学习理念,去除功利化评价,为创新人才成长提供宽松生态,构建起“科研—科普—应用”双向赋能、人机协同共育的新格局,为科普场馆创建培养创新人才的科普教育新质生产力。

Abstract:
At the critical moment marking the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan, science popularization venues have the important mission of solidifying the foundation for innovative talent and serving the national strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology. Science popularization education has gone beyond mere dissemination of knowledge. It has become a central hub linking scientific and technological innovation with social application and cultivating future strategic talent. Against this backdrop, science popularization venues should deepen the popularization of high-level technological resources, and through “cross-sector collaboration, participation by scientists, and a public-centered perspective” bring cutting-edge science to the wider public. They should actively introduce artificial intelligence technologies to create AI agents and intelligent venues, enabling a transformation from knowledge display to intelligent services. At the same time, they must work to practice an innovation culture of “inclusive exploration and tolerance for failure”, promote a broad concept of life-long and life-wide learning, and remove overly utilitarian evaluations, thereby providing a relaxed ecosystem for the growth of innovative talent. By doing so, they can build a new pattern of mutual empowerment and human-machine collaborative cultivation linking “research-science popularization-application” in both directions, and establish new quality productive forces in science popularization education that cultivates innovators.
