博物馆教育功能的不断拓展和观众需求的日趋多元,对博物馆教育从业者提出了新的要求。在职培训作为加强人才队伍建设的重要途径,受到了博物馆的普遍重视,但整体还面临着培训系统化设计不足、对岗位精准化需求分析不足、缺乏培训效果评估等问题,特别是聚焦教育活动策划的专题培训供需缺口大。本研究以上海自然博物馆“教育研发工作坊”培训项目为例,探索建立一套覆盖“需求调研—内容策划—教学实施—评估反思”全流程的科技博物馆在职培训模式,提出具有普适性的科技博物馆在职培训“五层次”效果评估框架。 |

Abstract: |
The strengthening of museum education functions and the increasing diversity of audience needs have placed new requirements on museum educators. As a crucial approach to strengthen the construction of talent teams, on-the-job training has received more attention from museums. However, it still faces problems such as insufficient systematic design, inadequate analysis of precise job requirements and lack of effect evaluation. In particular, there is a large gap between supply and demand for training focused on planning educational activities. Taking the “Education Research and Development Workshop” training project of Shanghai Natural History Museum as an example, this paper explores the establishment of a museum on-the-job training model that covers the entire process of “demand research-content planning-teaching implementation-evaluation reflection”, and proposes a five-level general framework for evatuatly the effectiveness of on-the-job training in science and technology museums. |
